At this Time, all Artist Alley Tables and Exhibitor Booths are currently SOLD OUT. We may open additional Artist Alley tables/ Exhibitor Booths with updated floor plans in the coming week. AMAZING HOUSTON COMIC CON launches Friday through Sunday, September 4-6, 2015, at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

We have several options which you can book your placement. The 2015 Amazing Houston Comic Con is one of the most affordable options on the convention circuit.

Amazing Houston Comic Con Retailer Agreement

Exhibitor Booth-
10’x10′ area with (1) skirted 8ft table, 2 chairs, with drapes and side rails. Comes with 3 Exhibitor Passes for the show. Price- $750, Premium Corner Location- Please add $150 per booth.

*Artist Alley-
6’ table, 2 chairs, with 2 exhibitor admissions. This area is for people displaying their OWN creations/art/product only, not for traditional retail, or other transactions. If you have questions if you qualify, please email with specifics. Price- $200

*Publisher/Creative Press-
10’x10’ includes 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, pipe drape and side rails, along with 3 exhibitor admissions. Similar to the traditional Exhibitor Booth, this option is available for publishers or creators only. If you have any questions if you qualify, please email specifics. Price $550

EXHIBITOR SALES REQUIREMENTS

Texas Sales and Use Tax Application

Exhibitor must obtain a Texas sales and use tax permit to engage in business in the state of Texas. The requirement to obtain a Texas sales and use tax permit applies to individuals as well as corporations, firms, partnerships, and all other legal entities. Apply for a sales tax permit using the Texas Online Sales Tax Registration System. An application can also be downloaded from the Tax Forms Online page (This is the application I have attached). Exhibitors can also obtain an application by calling 1-800-252-5555. There is no fee for the Texas Sales and Use tax permit. Exhibitors must obtain a sales and use tax permit prior to the start of the show. Exhibitors should expect to receive the permits 4-6 weeks after submitting the application.

Otherwise, Exhibitor shall attain any licenses, permits, approvals, under federal, state, or local law applicable to its activities at the Event at its sole expense. Exhibitor shall obtain any necessary tax identification numbers and permits and for paying all taxes, license fees, use fees, or other fees, charges, levies, or penalties that become due to any governmental authority in connection with its activities at the Event.

Exhibitor agrees that it/he/she shall be exclusively responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes which may be due as a result of its/his/her participation in the Event. Exhibitor agrees that it/he/she has not relied upon any advice from ACC as to the taxability of any monies associated with participation in this event, and that Exhibitor has the opportunity to consult with its/his/her accountants and/or legal counsel with respect to any such issues.
